Resolved - The platform has remained stable since the fix was implemented. We will continue to monitor.

Monitoring - A fix was identified and implemented, error levels have dropped and we've confirmed API and Portal functionality. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Investigating - We have confirmed reports of increased API error rates retrieving stream values for a majority of devices on the platform. We have confirmed that message ingestion is not impacted. We are investigating the cause of stream retrieval errors on priority.

Update - We are currently slowly bringing services back online and continuing to monitor.

Identified - We identified an issue with severe performance degradation relating to our database that caused intermittent outages to our services and what ultimately caused us to interrupt services completely. We are working to restore service layers, but anticipate continued service outage until we completely resolve the cause of the performance degradation.
